Question 1

What kinds of automation services does Latchmoss offer?

Accepted Answer

Latchmoss offers three quote-only service shapes: Project for a focused first implementation, Maintenance for ongoing care of a deployed workflow, and Optimization for an evidence-led next improvement. Each engagement is scoped around the process, tools, rules, and review boundary that matter to your business before work begins.

Question 2

How do you make an automation reliable?

Accepted Answer

We build around the business's actual rules, the integrations it already uses, the exceptions that need attention, and outcomes that can be observed in the work. A human fallback remains part of the design when an automated path is not clear. We do not promise uptime or guaranteed accuracy without evidence; the assessment is where we define the checks and escalation that fit your process.

Question 3

Where does human review fit?

Accepted Answer

Human confirmation is an explicit boundary, not an afterthought. For example, a lead handoff can prepare an appointment request for a person to confirm time and details. Latchmoss does not imply that AI independently books an appointment or commits your business to a decision.

Question 4

What information do you collect in the assessment?

Accepted Answer

The qualification form currently stores your business type, the repetitive process you want to improve, the tools you use today, your name, and your email address. This page does not make additional claims about retention, access, deletion, providers, or training use; ask Latchmoss about those details before you share anything beyond what the form requests.

Question 5

Do I need to replace the software I already use?

Accepted Answer

Usually, the starting point is one repeated process around the tools and rules already in use. The goal is not a blanket rip-and-replace, and compatibility depends on the specific systems and handoffs involved. Share the current tools in the assessment so the fit can be considered honestly.

Question 6

What should I expect from implementation?

Accepted Answer

We start with one process, one owner, and one outcome—the smallest useful place to begin. Latchmoss maps the repeated work, its rules, exceptions, integrations, and review boundary before deciding what to build. The scope, timing, and any commercial terms are agreed for the specific process; this page does not promise a duration or price.

Question 7

Are API, software, or third-party costs included?

Accepted Answer

API, software, and third-party tool or subscription costs may be separate from Latchmoss fees. The qualification conversation identifies the tools and integrations involved, and the final scope and commercial terms make those boundaries clear before work begins.

Question 8

What happens after the workflow is deployed?

Accepted Answer

Latchmoss designs, deploys, and maintains practical automation so a useful workflow can become durable. The assessment conversation is where support ownership, change handling, monitoring, and service expectations are defined for the work. This page does not promise an SLA or a fixed maintenance plan without that agreement.

Question 9

What happens in the qualification process?

Accepted Answer

The qualification form asks what kind of business you run, which repetitive process gets in the way, which tools are involved, what else matters about the project, and how to reach you. Those answers help identify the smallest useful scope; they do not commit you to a project, price, or subscription.
